Who the shop is for
The shop is intended for businesses and other entities buying with a VAT invoice: with a Polish tax ID (NIP) or an EU VAT number. For a business from another EU country whose VAT number is active in VIES, the sale is an intra-Community supply of goods with 0% VAT (the buyer accounts for VAT); if the number cannot be confirmed in VIES, Polish VAT applies. Businesses outside Poland pay by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice. A sole trader for whom the purchase is not of a professional nature (Art. 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act) may withdraw from the contract under the rules that apply to consumers.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown net and gross (including 23% VAT). We update prices and availability twice a day based on distributor data. Euro prices are converted from the net prices in Polish zloty at the latest published average NBP exchange rate. Orders in the cart are settled in Polish zloty (PLN). The price on the pro forma invoice is binding. If the price or delivery time changes before it is issued, we will tell you before fulfilling the order.
Order and contract
Placing an order in the cart is an offer to buy. With online payment the contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed. With payment by bank transfer we send a pro forma invoice after checking availability, and the contract is concluded when it is sent. A request for a quote (products without a price or a description of your needs) is not an order.
Payment and delivery
Products available from stock can be paid for online (BLIK, Przelewy24 and, for smaller amounts, card) via Stripe; we email the VAT invoice right after payment. Other orders are paid by bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice, and we start fulfilment once the payment is booked. If a paid product cannot be delivered, we refund the full payment.

Products are new and covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We accept complaints at e-mail [email protected], phone +48 501 600 734; we reply within 14 days. We help you deal with the manufacturer's service.
